Refund policy
Returns/Damaged items (if applicable)
We do NOT accept returns. All sales are final, unless discussed with our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. All items MUST be inspected upon delivery, if there is an issue it MUST be reported within 72 hours after delivery. Anything after that time frame is the customers responsibility.
Pre-Orders are final no exception.
IF approved by our customer service team, the product(s) MUST be in original new condition ( Non used, non washed and non embellished). Please make sure the items to be returned are in the original clear undamaged packaging with no writing on them. Please note 10% is taken off of your product amount if your products are returned in different packaging other than the original clear packaging or if the original packaging is marked or damaged to allow it to not be reused.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have an issue with a product being defective or if you were sent an incorrect item, please email it to southernproperblanks@gmail.com and inform our customer service team so we can make things right on our end! Please provide order number and photos of ALL defective items. If approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label for you return/exchange. ALL items must be inspected within 72 hours after delivery. Anything outside of that time frame is the customers responsibility.
Once your item has been approved for return, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. Please use this to return your damaged item. Your replacement will ONLY be sent once the pre-paid shipping label has been scanned at your local post office. Please note that prepaid labels are only valid for a 7 day period, so be sure to ship your package in a timely manner. If you do not use pre-paid shipping label within 7 days, we can no longer process you refund.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed and sent back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect.
If an item needs to be shipped back, refund will not be processed until pre-paid shipping label has been scan at the local post office.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL sales are final!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at SouthernProperBlanks@gmail.com and send your item to: Southern Proper Blanks, 5923 River Timber Trail, TX 77346, United States. Please note that prepaid labels are only valid for a 7 day period, so be sure to ship your package in a timely manner. If you do not use pre-paid shipping label within 7 days, we can no longer process you refund.
Shipping
